aotd: “Garden Weep”

Today’s piece is from Natalie Shau. It’s so hard to pick a work to show from her, since her whole gallery is quite inspiring.
This particular piece caught my eye for so many reasons. I love the scratches, and the aged almost daguerreotype feel to it. The facial expression, the whole mouth area is amazing. I really hope this one turns into a print soon.
Make sure you check out her gallery, it’s so very worth it. She has such a great style, and is consistent in what she does.
