aotd: “Pet Shop” by Laura Wächter

I don’t post enough sketches as art of the day, so here is one by Laura Wächter an artist out of Spain.

Laura has an amazing style. Her work has that timeless quality to it, much like Scott Radke, Claudia Drake & Cristina Beller has. Your just not sure what era it comes from, which ads to the overall surreal quality of it. I love the expression on her face in this one.
