Aotd: The work of Fred Harper

I love it when people submit some new work to me. I usually just get tons of garbage e-mail, so finding some art thrown in there is a like a little surprise.

This surprise is the work of Fred Harper. His work is dark, surreal and erotic. I love the way that he paints skin tones, and seamlessly fuses the soft female form with industrial elements. Of course the image that I am showing is not a female, but a very sketchy looking clown. Sorry if clowns scare you, but this is a very cool painting that I had to show. I love the massive stretched ears, as well as ears in general on this guy. If you look, is that clown sporting wood? There are a lot of great elements in this piece, that kind of weird stuff that makes you question the work. Love it.
