Two shows that opened last week are now online for you to check out.
“Fresh Faces” is a group show at the Project Gallery in LA. The show features work by Nimit Malavia, Yuta Onoda, Dominique Fung and Martha Chan. I heard that some, or all of these artists intern with James Jean. So you can see the influence there, but the individual artists voice are quite clear. It’s a great show, head on over and check it out: ProjectGallery.com
The other show that opened is a solo show of Audrey Kawasaki. The show is at the Mondo Bizzarro Gallery in Italy. The work looks great, I really dig the darker/stained wood pieces she has in this show. Kind of a nice change from her other works. There were prints from the show, but looks like they are all gone. Not surprising, her prints usually sell out in a few seconds. Check out the show: Mondo Bizzarro Gallery
