pagewhatdowe.jpgThere are some really great art shows opening up this weekend, much like last weekend.

Brandi Milne has a solo show called “Sugar & Silence” opening at the Corey Helford Gallery. If you would like to see a preview of this show, head here

A new gallery called Pandoras Trunk opens up, and they will have an opening party to celebrate. Cant wait to see what comes from this gallery in the future.

The “Big Money” art auction, and Art Army show opens up at the Copronason Gallery. The Art Army show will have some new sculptures, such as Luke Chueh, Craola, Chet Zar, Travis Louie, Amy Sol, Audrey Kawasaki & Joe Ledbetter. They look great too. The “Big Money” Auction, there are some really killer pieces for sale from so many artists. Best to just check the show out. Michael Page is there too, I love his work (shown).

Tim Burton is having a show featuring work from Nightmare Before Christmas and the Corpse Bride. It’s held at the Animazing Gallery in New York.

The big one is the “Sub 1k” show at Distinction Art. All of the work that will be shown there is under $1000. There are some really great artists in the show, Isaac Pierro, Josh Taylor, Josh Clay, Daniel Fleres,Lesley Repspeteaux, Scott Saw, Jason Rudolph Pena, Daniel Fleres and many others. It’s really crazy to see art being sold for like $990. Check the show out, it is now online.
