By the way, the winner whom won the last auction was outbid at $500, and doubt he wants to spend another $3700 on this print (inc. S&H at $50). Someone out bid up to $600, and got outbid by someone else. My guess this print ends in the $750-$1000+ range. Good luck nonetheless.

Sadly, there are no re-prints of Michael’s work. I checked the auction for the #32/88 print on eBay and it’s already at $600, which makes me think I got a good deal on one I paid $1000 for. It’s been out of print since it’s release almost 2 years back. Michael does have the “White Devil” prints available for $250 (Check his myspace for info). And I just heard he is releasing a new print in late 07′ Self portrait of Hans M. for around $300. These are all limited editions and with the popularity of Michael’s fan base, pick these up. These prints are copies of the originals and limited to preserve the integrity of the work. Hope this helps.

ok, so i read what Chris wrote above and when he said their was another print out on eBay #32/#88 …i ran over there and…WOW…i might have a chance its only at $178.00!!!

So, i place a bid for the next amount which was $180.00 and i was automatically outbid! So, i put in a high amount of $500 so whatever the highest bid is, the site will automatically put an amount in after the highest bidder…i figured i gave myself room with $500, i thought it would jump to about $250-$300…i was still outbid at $500!!!!!

Since the person who won the Artist Proof at $3650 is bidding on this print too, i believe its them who is making the stakes so high!!!!!

Anyone know where to get a copy of the print? If i cant get this print or any other of Hussars work now do they have they copies of his stuff yet so I can hang something up for now till i can get my hands on his authentuic work?

Print sold on eBay for: $3650.oo !!!!! Some lucky person just came up on an awsome print i wanted very badly!!!

I was checking out the auction for the print as well.
It seems after some more research that I did, the seller, bought the
print off eBay back in April for a little less than $1,100. It sold for
almost $3700, but that was for the artist proof #4/12. With a collectible
artist as Michael Hussar and popularity of his work, it will definitely
retain the value it was purchased for. Sadly, I was outbid, I had a
bid up to $2,750. I did manage to see another auction yesterday, and bought it
using buy-it-now for around $1,000. I that that is more than far for a mint
print, #8/88. There is another on eBay at the moment, and the winner of the
artist proof auction is currently the winning bidder. I am quite curious to see
how high this one will go…?! I am stoked on the print, and can’t wait to get it
in my new apartment.

Well, the print is sold out, and the original is long gone. The price is bound to go up, especially with such an amazing, prolific artist like Michael Hussar.

So, not only is this print highly desirable but it will most likely keep going up in price. I don’t think it’s easy to say if it’s worth as much as it’s selling for, the real point is if it’s worth it to you.
