This past March 13th, the Copro Galley opened the 5th Anniversary Exhibition for Hi Fructose. Along with this amazing group show, Eric Fortune and Michael Page also had solo shows up as well. The group show featured some inspiring work by KMNDZ, Scott Hove, Martin Wittfooth, Lori Earley, Eric Fortune, Craola, Chet Zar, Amy Sol, Kris Kuksi, Jonathan Viner, Chris Mars and many more. The Eric Fortune works are not up on the site as of yet, but the Michael Page solo show is. His latest works have been more abstract, and less figurative than earlier pieces. These paintings still hold the same narrative feel that his older works had, and are even more mysterious than ever. The colors are breathtaking, and I like the idea that he decided to change his work up a bit. Take a look at the preview images from the shows, and then head on over and see all of the works.

Coming this Saturday June 20th to Sloan Fine Art in New York is a solo show featuring new works by Jonathan Viner. The show is entitled “Harem” and is all 12″ x 12″ oil and panel portraits of girls lost in the music they are listening to, all through headphones. Two of these paintings, “Katenka” and “Yelena” are available as prints from his online store as posted earlier. The paintings look amazing, the colors are all very similar and minimal but have this dreamy quality to each one. The reception starts at 4pm, so if your are able to go the show make sure you get there early.

Jonathan Viner has added a couple of new prints to his online shop, Harem “Katenka” and “Yelena”. Both prints are 12″ x 12″, signed and numbered in editions of 20 for $90 a pop. They both look amazing, and I know the quality of Viner’s prints in person are excellent in person.

Jonathan Viner has two new prints available in his online store, and if you are quick enough he also has a few drawings available. The drawings are 5.25″ x 7.25″, graphite on paper and will no doubt be gone very soon.
The new prints available are: “The Virtues of Gathering” (shown) which is 24″ x 31.5″ on photo rag paper in an edition of 15. “Anchor Point” is also on photo rag, 16.5″ x 24″ in an edition of 50. Both prints look amazing, the colors are perfect and Hahnemuhle Photo Rag is some of the best paper to get prints on. I really love “The Virtues of Gathering” print. It’s a nice big size and i’m sure would look spectacular all framed up.
Head on over to the store before these goodies run out. VinerStudio Store

Jonathan Viner has two new prints for sale in his online store. Both of these prints are from paintings that were shown at his solo show “Target Practice”, which took place last January at the Jonathan Levine Gallery.
The two new prints are “Bloodline” (shown) and “Conduit of Dialogue”. Both prints are on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag paper and are limited to an edition of 50. “Bloodline” is 18″ x 24″, and “Conduit…” is 16″ x 24″. Along with these to new prints he also has some original graphite drawings for sale, but it looks like those are going fast. There is only two available out of the six that were for sale. Head on over and check em out.
I featured his print “Trance” back in April, and that one is now sold out. Don’t miss the chance to get one of these new ones.
