Florian Nicolle is an artist working out of France. Most of his work is collage work, and I am not 100% sure if it is digital or traditionally created. There is a lot of organic tetures to his work, but some of the lines have that clean, digital feel to them. Regardless of what medium they were created in, they look amazing. “Schyphozoan Lifecycle” print by Jason Levesque
Jason Levesque, Stuntkid, has added a new print to his online shop. The model for the print is Miss Mosh, who has been the reference for a few of Stuntkid’s works so far, one of which is “It’s Chilly Under There” found in the store as well. The print is 12″ x 18″ on heavy watercolor paper, signed and numbered in an edition of 50.

“Candy Girl” print by Justin Erickson
Justin Erickson had added a new print to his already well stocked Etsy shop. “Candy Girl” is 8″ x 10″, signed and numbered in an edition of 50 for $30 each. He did a great job of making this image not look morbid, which considering there is a giant bit out of the girls face, it looks like a candy doll.

“Drawn From the Well” book by Greg ‘Craola’ Simkins
Craola has just released a new book to his online shop. “Drawn From the Well” is a 9.5″ x 7.5″, hardcover book with 300 pages of drawings. The special edition, which was signed and personalized is now gone, but you can still run over and grab this collectible book for $30.

Artist Profiles: Vinicius Quesada
An artist working out of São Paulo, Brasil, Vinicius Quesada. It looks as though a majority of his work is wheat pasting prints in a collage like manner. The work is similar to what other urban artists such as Shepard Fairey create, although Vinicius has a more humorous and often painterly way of creating his works. The “Suncity” piece, (shown first) is intense, and as he stated on his Flickr, “this one took like forever”.

“Tango” Limited edition print by James Jean
James Jean has just released a new print to his online shop. “Tango” was originally from a painting that was shown at the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles. The print is a generous 28″ x 44″ on Hahnemühle Fine Art Paper, signed, numbered, and embossed in an edition of 50. I don’t imagine these will be around for long.

New drawings by Mia
Coming this Saturday, September 25th, to the Corey Helford Gallery is a show featuring new works by Korin Faught, Krista Huot, and Mia. Three very exciting artists each with a unique style, this should be a great show. Mia recently added some of the drawings that she will be showing over at her blog. The drawings range from 6.5″ x 6.5″ up to 29.25†x 22â€. I like how you can see her drawing style tighten and loosen up in different areas of the drawings, but either way she has a very elegant style. Make sure to check out Mia’s blog to see more works, keep up to date with shows, and even see some sketches.
