This piece is by Tomek Karelus from Warsaw. Its a digital piece, and from what the artist said it’s well over 100 layers! That’s pretty impressive.
I think what is most impressive and what really caught me about this piece is how much is looks like acrylic paint. Some nice dry brush style, like Amanda Visell does. Of course the colors and characters are top notch as well.
