Drawings by Scott Move

Scott Move is an artist out of the UK that has really been putting out some amazing work. While he does use paints, most of the work that he creates is with ink, and as you can see by the images below he really knows how to use inks. Scott recently added some new ink drawings to his webshop, all of which are now on sale. All of the drawings are on cartridge paper roughly 8.5″ x 11.”

New paintings by Johnny Crap

Jonathan Bergeron, otherwise known as Johnny Crap, has added some new paintings to his online shop. Two have sold already, but there is still a couple of very cool paintings, at an amazing price. “Lil Viking” and “Pink Metal” are both oil on wood, the pic of “Lil Viking” is cropped just a bit. I love the idea of “Pink Metal.” I am not the biggest fan of this color, but I think I would make an exception for this painting.

New drawings by Jonathan Bergeron

Johnny Crap, or Jonathan Bergeron, has added some new drawings to his online shop. The works are all ink on Aquabee or bristol paper, and range in sizes. The drawings look amazing, and really show how skilled Johnny is with ink. The drawings are all under $100 and I’m sure will go fast. I especially like Darth Vato, Zombie Viking, and Wolfman Baseball shown below.

New posters at the Alamo Drafthouse

Alamo Drafthouse/Mondotees have just released three new posters. Two are based on the movie The Warriors, and the third is based on George Romero’s newest installment of the “Dead” series, Survival of the Dead. This poster is made by Charlie Adlard, the artist behind the amazing Walking Dead comic, although I did like the previous pencil work of Tony Moore when the series first started.

“Small White Cosmonaut” print Jeremy Geddes

This Sunday, May 23rd Jeremy Geddes will be releasing a new print. ““Small White Cosmonaut” is 13″ x 13″, signed and numbered in an edition of 200 for $95 AUD (roughly 80 USD). Jeremy is a phenomenal painter, and this print is one of the cheapest ones he has released lately. The pose is very reminiscent of “Resurrection” paintings made from the Renaissance. I can’t put my finger on which one exactly.

“Keith Haring” print by Shepard Fairey

Dropping this Thursday, May 20th is a new print by Shepard Fairey based on artist Keith Haring. This is an 18″ x 24″ screenprint on canvas, and will be limited to an edition of 450 for $70 each. Like the Blondie (previously featured), I think this is a great print dedicated to an influential artist, and “a portion of the sales go to the Keith Haring Foundation and Photographer Patrick McMullan.”

“Manfungus 1.3″ print by Christian Rex van Minnen

Gallery Nucleus has added some new prints to their online shop, one of which is “Manfungus 1.3″ by Christian Rex van Minnen. I was first taken in with van Minnen’s work due to the similarity to 16th century painter Giuseppe Arcimboldo, although I find the formers work more interesting. The print is a giclee on velvet fine art paper, 18″ x 24″, signed and numbered in an edition of 25.
