If your in the Phoenix, AZ area you might want to head on over to the Perihelion Arts gallery and check out the opening of Nathan Spoor’s solo show, The Shadow Banquet.
The show is already online for your viewing, and buying pleasure. There are some really cool pieces in there, I love the one called “Homecoming” (shown). It looks like a squid to me, and I like squids.
I like the change in seeing such dark works, nice black backgrounds. It looks quite striking really.
