There is a seller right that has a great list of original art for sale. And from what was being said, the money from these pieces will go to help pay doctor bills. I’m sure we all know how ridiculous medical bills can be, even if you have insurance.
So head on over and take a look, there is some original work by Christopher Owen, Rik Catlow, Blinky, Angie Mason, COOP, Mike Maas, Christopher Uminga, Sam Flores, Kathie Olivas and others.

Letter Presses has two new Artists Series cards up for pre-order. The first series of cards is from Netherlands bases artist duo Sauerkids. It features their very popular “Bogger” character. The print is in gold ink, and while I’m not the biggest fan of gold these cards look amazing and the gold really fits. The second series is from designer Jeremyville. Both series are limited to 500 hand-numbered cards, with 35 hand signed cards.
Head on over to grab either one of these sets. Letter Pressed Artist Series Cards

Scott French is selling one of his smaller figure studies. Instead of having the piece in the galleries he regularly shows at he is offering this painting for a much cheaper price.
It’s oil on canvas and is 8″ x 10″. Scott is an amazing painter and this study really shows how in tune he is with the figure and his amazing brushwork. This painting was done in only 30 minutes. My favorite part has to be the hair, it’s so wild and dynamic. This is really a great piece.

One of the artists that will be showing work in the “Attack of the B Movie Art Show” is Dienzo. He’s an amazing artist and I’m excited to have him on board.
He currently has prints available on his site, but he has also just released some open-edition prints. So if you’re looking for some art, but wouldn’t mind it being way more affordable, head on over to to his ebay site. He has a huge amount of prints available. The one shown above is “Leonard Searching”, I love the expression in this one. The print is 10″ x 12.5″ with a 2″ border.

Gallery 1988 will be releasing two new prints from Travis Lampe this Friday March 7th.
Each print is a 12″ x 12″ giclee print on velvet art paper, signed and numbered and limited to 25. The print on the left is “Accidental Mishap”, the right on is “Mountaintop Scuffle”. I have seen both of these prints in person and they look amazing. The detail and colors are perfect, the only thing really missing from these is paintbrush marks.
You can actually save $25 by buying these together and they would look great framed right next to each other anyway.
These prints are being released by the SF Gallery 1988 you can get them by calling (415) 409-1376.

Allison Torneros was one of the Creeps first “Art of the Day” posts way back in August. The piece featured was this very one, “The City”. It’s mixed media and is a great image, and I’m obviously not the only that thinks it great. Allison was also featured in the “Reader Art” section of Juxtapoz.
Gallery 1988 is releasing a limited edition print of this piece. The print is 11″x14″ and is limited to an edition of 88, hand signed and numbered. It’s very affordable at only $75. I’m really happy that that her work is being seen and enjoyed by so many people.
Head on over to Gallery 1988 to grab one these prints Gallery 1988 or just e-mail them at gallery1988@aol.com

One of the artists that I have talked about quite a lot, and am a huge fan of is David Macdowell. His art always blows me away. Not only does he makes some really killer paintings, he’s super fast. I’ve seen him post a drawing, two days later it’s painted. Now he could be messing with me, but I’ll just believe he’s lightning fast.
David currently has some work for sale at the Thinkspace Gallery in Los Angeles. He has three paintings in the available artwork area, the whole area is filled with great art for sale but it’s David’s that really stands out right now. “All of them Witches”, “Bunny Business” & “Feed the Children” (shown) are for sale. The price for these pieces is really great too, I know that you won’t be able to find his work soon for prices like these. There was originally four paintings for sale, but it looks like someone saw the killer deals and swooped it up.
Don’t miss your chance to grab a David Macdowell. He will also be showing some art at the upcoming “Attack of the B Movie Art Show”, I’m super excited to see what he paints.

David Stoupakis has a new limited edition print that is available. It is from his piece “Fawn” that was shown at the Limited Addiction Gallery this past February.
The print is signed and numbered, 14″ x 17″ w/ 11″ x17″ image area on archival paper. This print is an edition of 100 and is $75. That’s an amazing price for a print that looks this good. The colors and the whole feel of this piece is really striking. That green around those blood red eyes really draws your eye in.
I don’t imagine this print will be available for very long, so head on over to David’s site and pick on these up.

The amazing Letter Pressed has two new artists series prints being released this Friday, February 29th. This is a pre-order sale, the prints will be shipped around March.
The first print is by gig poster artist Justin Helton (Status Serigraph). It’s called “Perm” (shown) and is a 6″ x 6″ 1 color letterpress print. It’s limited to 50. I love this print, the limeade color is really crazy and it fits the imagery well. You really have to look close to see all the subtle details in this piece, such as the skull irises in the left figure.
The second print is by Nathan Stapley. The print is “Human Monkey” and is a 5″ x 7″ 2 color letterpress print on natural paper. This print is also limited to 50. Nathan has a very unique style of painting, it’s great to see how well his style translated over to a print like this. Oh, and monkeys completely rule so that makes this print even better if you ask me.

The folks over at GodsGirls have decided to offer up a limited edition poster of Apnea, the image was shot by Mathew Cooke. The proceeds from this poster will go to help the ongoing legal battle between Lithium Picnic and SG.
The poster is limited to 50, is 11″ x 17″ and is only $15. If you order the poster I suggest you head over to Moviegoods and snag a plastic protective sleeve that will also allow you to easily hang the poster. It’s under $2 and you can get it here
